RVTechConnect Terms of Service

Interim version. This Terms of Service applies until it is superseded by the version that will be published on January 1, 2027. On that date, the January 1, 2027 version replaces this one in full.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NET1Plus LLC. RVTechConnect is a product of NET1Plus LLC, and in these Terms "RVTechConnect," "we," "us" and "our" mean NET1Plus LLC. They cover your use of the RVTechConnect app and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. What RVTechConnect Is

RVTechConnect is a directory and connection service. It helps RV owners find RV repair technicians and shops, and helps technicians and shops be found.

• Technicians and shops listed on RVTechConnect are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners.
• We don't perform repairs, and we aren't a party to any arrangement between an owner and a technician.
• We don't guarantee any technician's availability, quality, licensing, insurance, pricing or work.
• A listing, a search result or its place in the results is not an endorsement or a recommendation.

Before you hire anyone, make your own arrangements and checks, such as confirming licensing, insurance, price and timing directly with the business.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.

3. Your Account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or, by text message, to your mobile phone. We don't use passwords. The app keeps you signed in on that device until you sign out.

You agree to:

• give accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep your device, email account and phone secure, since anyone who can receive your codes can sign in as you;
• tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When you use the Service, you agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or collect contact details or other information from the Service, by hand or by automated means;
• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to access the Service, or try to get around our bot check or any other protection;
• use contact details from the Service for spam or unsolicited marketing, or resell or pass them on to others;
• create false listings, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to a business;
• interfere with the Service, try to access it without permission, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;
• break any law, or use the Service to harass, threaten or defraud anyone.

5. Technician Listings

If you are a technician or shop:

• You are responsible for making sure your listing is accurate, current and lawful, including your services, service area and contact details.
• You confirm that you have the right to provide the information in your listing.
• When you check in, you are telling owners your business is active. Check in only when that is true.
• You allow us to display, format and share your listing information through the Service.

Listings may come from information a business gives us or from publicly available business information. We may edit, hide or remove any listing at any time, including one that appears inaccurate, incomplete or in breach of these Terms. If you want your business's listing corrected or removed, contact us.

6. Requests to Technicians

We may offer a way for owners to send a request to a technician they choose. If we do, contact details are exchanged only when the technician accepts. Any work, price or schedule is agreed between the owner and the technician, not with us.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

Some search results are businesses found through Google Maps. They are shown with Google's attribution and without contact details. Google Maps content is provided by Google, and your use of it is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We don't control third-party content and aren't responsible for it.

Apple. If you got the app from Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and RVTechConnect, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app and is not responsible for it or for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store's terms.

8. Text Messages

If you choose to sign in by text message, we text you a one-time sign-in code each time you request one. If you also turn on text notifications in the app, we text you a short notice when you have a new message, at most one per conversation every 15 minutes; the notice never contains the message itself. Text notifications are a separate choice, off unless you turn them on, and asking for a sign-in code never turns them on. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of all texts from this number, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never use your number for marketing. The Text Messaging section of our Privacy Policy has more detail. Separately, if you opt in on our website to calls, texts or our newsletter about RVTechConnect, the Business Outreach section of our Privacy Policy applies, and you can opt out at any time.

9. Our Rights in the Service

The Service, including its software, design, text and logos, belongs to RVTechConnect or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms. You may not copy, sell or build a competing directory from the Service or its content.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that listings, search results or third-party content will be accurate, complete or current.

We are not responsible for any technician's services, work, prices or conduct, or for a technician failing to show up. Any dispute about repair work is between the owner and the technician.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• RVTechConnect, its owners, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for lost profits or lost data, or for any loss or damage arising from a technician's services or work;
• our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or provide inaccurate listing information, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

13. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access, or remove content, if you break these Terms, if we need to protect the Service or its users, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, continue after your access ends.

14. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may change or stop parts of the Service. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app or by other reasonable means. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and both of us agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, that is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
